Therapeutic Effect of Alpha-acetyl digoxin(Dioxanino)

Abstract
|
|
|
Thirty two patients with congestive heart failure were, treated with Alpha-acetyl digoxin (Dioxanin®),., Its therapeutic effect was evaluated as follow;
1. 0.8-1.2 mg/day (3-4 days) and 0.2-0:4 mg/day (7 days) were required in 12 cases and 20 cases respectively.
2. The clinical therapeutic effect of Alpha-acetyl digoxin was excellent in 24 cases (75%), good in 5 cases (16%). and unremarkable in 3 cases (9%).
3. Although nausea and anorexia developed, no limitation was gave during the treatment.
4. The therapeutic effect of alpha-acetyl digoxin (Dioxanin®) would be better, than. that of digoxin
